Twist off the outer cap and Gently insert the inner tube into your nostril - just enough to cover the opening . . . .

Inhale deeply and completely, enjoying the fragrant experience and therapeutic effects*.

Now the other nostril . . . .

For best results, cover the alternate nostril while inhaling.

Repeat as needed.

Wipe and recap your RockIt tightly for re-use, saving all that aromatic goodness for 6 to 12 months.
